1. Can I just pay with a major credit/debit card. I do not have a PayPal account?

Answer: PayPal will allow you to use a credit or debit card. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay.

2. What is the best way for me to find the product I want?

Answer: The best way to find out if we have listed the particular products you are looking for is to do a search using the little magnifying glass icon (if on mobile, click the 3 little horizontal lines) in the menu at the top of most pages. You can use quote marks to make your searches more accurate. Use quotes like, "Willie Nelson" etc.

3. My search did not return any result for the item I am looking for.

Answer: We are adding products daily, but there will be times when what you want is not listed. We have over 25 storage/shipping facilities across the country and well over 1,000,000 albums, coins, and stamps available. The coins and stamps are just being added so we may not have what you want listed. Let us know what items you want, just go to our Contact form and send us a note with information and we will check our full inventory.  If available, we will promptly post the item for you and let you know it has been listed.

4. My search returned some items that I did not expect or want.

Answer: The search scans both the titles and descriptions. So if you search for the band, The Guess Who, all of their listed albums will come up. However, you may also get many other results that have the words the, guess or who in them. You can generally solve this problem using quote marks. A search for "The Guess Who" will normally bring up just the listed albums for that band.
